Well, after the race we say Domenicali and Fernando made a very very bad choise. But, It's really hard to say what if Fernando stay on the track in option tyre behind Jenson. Really, Petrov did a great job. The Renault was very fast on the straight and hard to overtake, including Kubica.
Looking back for Fernando. At that time, His lap speed is keep decreasing. Maybe the condition will be better after some more laps. We can't expect that. I didn't notice if his lap time was better than Petrov. Assume FA faster, if Petrov could block Mark? At that time, no people thought he can. Even after the race, I still don't think he can. RBR's car is super fast! The result after that would be VET, HAM, BUT, WEB, ALO. So I don't think the strategy of when FA pit in play the major role. Why Domenicali? I think many people thought of a terrific but dirty strategy: let Felipe pit in without stop, he MUST in front of Mark and then block Mr.Webber. Well, if so, everything goes well, and FA finish behind Jenson. I and my father think it's a very very very good strategy and then FA can stare at the 4th position to beat Sebastian.
